Congrats on your marriage! I went...Hi Dhurghadevi,

Congrats on your marriage! I went through the I-130 process back in 2014 but I remember submitting the birthcert (bilingual) that I obtained from JPN (had to apply for new one), and they didn't ask for it to be fully English, and my I-130 was approved. Not sure if they changed the rules. For your case, I would think it should be sufficient just having it notarized by the court.

We completed the I-130 process but put a pause on the DS-260, as I'm currently in the US under work visa. So unfortunately, I don't really know too much about the marriage-based process.

We submitted our I-130 around Feb, and received the approval around July. I'm guessing you're engaging a lawyer to help with this process. Are you currently in Msia or US?Khai Shinghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06701082991237579507noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3659547063209051949.post-89271692520373198252017-04-05T04:05:41.720-05:002017-04-05T04:05:41.720-05:00This comment has been removed by the author.Shananahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05945047918363630045noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3659547063209051949.post-9884940405482696122017-04-05T03:55:40.540-05:002017-04-05T03:55:40.540-05:00This comment has been removed by the author.Shananahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05945047918363630045noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3659547063209051949.post-14708928903026575512017-03-08T22:12:36.262-06:002017-03-08T22:12:36.262-06:00Hi Kai shing,
